🚩 違法・有害なコンテンツの通報
違法または有害な投稿 (写真・コメント等) を発見した場合は、以下まで 通報してください。確認後、原則 24 時間以内に対応 (削除、投稿者への 警告・アカウント停止等) を行います。アプリ内では、対象のログまたは ストーリーの「…」メニュー → 「通報する」からも報告できます。

Q. アカウントを削除したい
アプリ内の「マイページ → 右上の歯車 → 設定 → アカウントを削除」から 完全削除できます。評価・ログ・写真・フォロー関係を含む関連データが 復元不可な形で削除されます。途中で失敗した場合はアカウントを残したまま 再試行できます。
Q. 評価の 7 段階は何のため？
「大好き / 好き / OK / イマイチ」 は体験済み、「行きたい / 気になる / 行く予定」 はウィッシュリストの強さです。 自分の気持ちをよりリッチに記録できるので、 数か月後に見返したときも「あ、これ自分らしい」 と思えます。
Q. Google でもログインできる？
はい。ログイン画面で「Google で続ける」を選べます。Sign in with Apple と メールとパスワード、メールのワンタイムコードにも対応しています。
Q. ストーリーとログの違いは？
写真付きログは投稿後72時間、地図のストーリー欄で新着として表示されます。 72時間後もログ自体は消えず、公開範囲に応じてフィード、スポット、プロフィールの ログ履歴から確認できます。
Q. 利用状況やエラーの分析を停止したい
「マイページ → 右上の歯車 → 設定 → 利用状況の分析」をオフにしてください。 今後のプロダクト利用状況、クラッシュ・エラー、その他の診断情報の送信が停止します。 セッションリプレイは使用していません。
Q. 信頼ユーザーって誰のおすすめが見える？
投稿者が選んだ「全体公開 / 友達 / マブダチ / 自分のみ」の公開範囲と、 あなたとのフォロー・友達・マブダチ関係に応じて、許可されたログだけが 地図やフィードに表示されます。「自分のみ」のログは通常のアプリ画面から 他のユーザーには表示されません。公開範囲を変更しても、既に取得された写真の 直接URLは直ちに無効化できない場合があります。
Q. オフラインで使える？
最新情報の取得、検索、投稿にはインターネット接続が必要です。一部の画面では 直近に取得したデータが一時的に表示される場合がありますが、完全なオフライン利用には 対応していません。
Q. 友達に自分のプロフィールを共有するには？
設定の「プロフィールをシェア」から、QRコードまたはリンクを送れます。 受け取った友達はLovyであなたのプロフィールを開けます。招待コードの入力は不要です。

Q. How do I delete my account?
Open the app → My Page → top-right gear → Settings → “Delete Account”. Related ratings, logs, photos, and follow relationships are permanently removed. If cleanup fails, the account remains available so you can retry.
Q. Why 7 tiers of rating?
Love / Like / OK / Not for Me are for places you’ve experienced; Want to Go / Save / Going are future-intent tiers. Capturing both lets you express how you actually feel.
Q. Can I sign in with Google?
Yes. Choose “Continue with Google” on the sign-in screen. Sign in with Apple, email/password, and email one-time codes are also available.
Q. What is the difference between a Story and a log?
A photo log is shown as fresh in the map Story rail for 72 hours. It is not deleted after that window: according to its audience, it remains available in Feed and the place or profile Log history.
Q. How do I stop usage and error analytics?
Turn off My Page → top-right gear → Settings → Usage analytics. This stops future product usage, crash, error, and other diagnostic data from being sent. Session replay is disabled.
Q. Whose recommendations show on my map?
Records appear only when the author’s audience choice (Public, Friends, Close Friends/Mabudachi, or Only Me) and your follow or friendship relationship allow it. Only Me records are not shown to other users in normal in-app views. If someone already obtained a photo’s direct URL, an audience change may not revoke that direct access immediately.
Q. How do I report harmful content?
Open the “…” menu on the relevant log or Story and choose “Report”. You can also email masato@lovy.world.
Q. How do I share my profile with a friend?
Open “Share profile” in Settings to send your QR code or profile link. Your friend can open your profile in Lovy without entering an invite code.
